This is my go-to spot for poke! I always tell them about my gluten allergy when I order and request tamari be used for the sauce and I have never had any issues! They even have extra little packets of tamari

We have eaten at this location and the S Congress location many times and my celiac wife has never been sick.

Most of the staff seem careful but it’s best to double check as I’ve had a few experiences where it seemed questionable.

Their online ordering lets you choose “Gluten free tamari” but does not have an option for notes / allergy so I usually just go in to order.

Almost everything is naturally gluten free except some sauces. They were unsure about the furikake but my wife has had it a few times with no reaction.

The staff seem knowledgeable and well trained on using safe handling to avoid CC. Except for sauce, most things on the menu are naturally gluten free. They adapt their sauces to be GF. Just let them know you have celiac when ordering. Very tasty!
