Excellent communication. Most of the menu is GF. Staff is very aware of vross contamination. I have Celiac and have eaten here several times and loved each time. I love ordering my selections as a sushi burrito. Yum!

Staff is knowledgeable about what isn’t gluten free and they have sauce options. A delicious!

We went last night. My daughter and I both have Celiac. The food was really good and quickly made. Gluten Free options are clearly marked on the menu board.

We will be back for sure.

Went to their “soft opening” and the Poke is delicious. Have GF marked on the menu board up top, but not on the paper menus (yet). They said they will have new menus with this info when they reprint them. I got the signature bowl modified to be gf so they replaced the sauces and croutons with crispy onions. Didn’t have to do anything, the staff knew what to replace everything with to make GF. Also got Sake in a little sealed to go cup that was quite enjoyable. This is a new go-to for me here in Bend.
