good options! no clear menu gf options but the worker was VERY knowledgeable about what i could have, they do have gluten free soy sauce per request… the chicken is NOT gf, the cucumber and seaweed salad is NOT gf, only gf dressing is the spicy mayo!

This is a choose your own topping style place, which makes it great for avoiding gluten. I’ve eaten here many times and have never had any kind of reaction. The fish and all the ingredients are super fresh. I just tell them no soy sauce, and get the sesame oil and spicy mayo instead. Definitely recommend to anyone who likes poke bowls or sushi!
