The poke was great. The spicy garlic sauce is delicious but super hot lol. Everything in the bowl was great. The server was telling me that the miso soup is GF, it is definitely not GF. I was concerned when the menu didn’t list it, so I asked more questions and luckily didn’t poison myself.

It’s new concept to put together your own meal. The staff are knowledgeable about gluten free/celiac. Food is great if you know what you are doing!
