As soon as I walked in I mentioned that I was gluten free. The staff was very knowledgeable and kind. They walked me through creating my own bowl of food and made sure I didn’t get anything with gluten. The menu is also marked but I found it easier to just ask for help.

Best restaurant experience so far since finding out I have a very sensitive gluten-intolerance. You choose your own ingredients for the bowls and every ingredient was clearly labeled. I was so happy to find this place bc poke is one of my favorite foods and it did not disappoint!

All the menu items are clearly labeled + they were super knowledgeable about celiac and cross contamination. Felt very safe eating there (I ate here twice) + the food was super yummy! Highly recommend!!

Most of their meats (raw seafood options) are gluten free. In addition, one of the workers is celiac and has prepared a celiac friendly prep station.

This restaurant does not have any meat that is gluten free. Only the young man working behind the counter is aware of what gluten is and what contains it. All meat is marinated in either soy sauce or beer.

-update: only gluten free meats are the raw seafoods. Recently went to see if the updates mentioned in the latest post was correct. According to the son all other meats are not gluten free. The menu behind the prep bar also states the same.

If you're an Asian Fusion fan this place is FANTASTIC!!! I had a smoked salmon/avocado/rice/masago bowl and it was delicious. Fish was unbelievably fresh! Nice people who run it, too! I'll definitely be back.
