Pokémen has bowls that they build right in front of you. They are super good. You choose what type of rice you want, your proteins, toppings, and finally sauce. They are very knowledgeable about gluten free and can tell you what is/ isn’t gluten free. They change their gloves right in front of you. All of the ingredients have different tongs/ spoons as well to avoid cross contamination.
