Very customizable for preferences and allergies!
The menu is not labeled with GF symbols, but one key staff member was knowledgeable.
Though items are in bins (akin to Subway or Chipotle), I wasn’t extremely concerned about cross contamination (each item has its own spoon, most items are GF and nothing was touching- all contained nicely). Staff wore gloves and had GF sauce options.
Delicious, nutritious, and good portions.
They even gave us a punch card toward repeat visits.

Very knowledgeable about what was gluten free and what was not. They even went to the back to check the ingredients on the rice and other sauces to ensure they were GF!

We focus on AAA-grade sushi fish (and cooked options for non-sushi folks) in a build-your-own-bowl or pre-fixed bowl format. Our main differentiators are in the quality and freshness of our protein, sauces, and veggies. Our regular bowl is 6oz of protein and large is 8oz where most of our competitors offer less. For reference, think of 6oz and 8oz of sushi grade fish as approximately 2 and 3 regular sushi rolls respectively at a sit down restaurant (about a $30-35 value in a bowl under $20). After you choose your protein, we marinate it in our house sauce which is made from high-grade oils. Then, we allow a choice of unlimited veggie toppings (except for premium toppings) before drizzling sauces and shaking dry garnishes on your assembled masterpiece. The spice, flavor, and composition is truly in your hands and we are happy to guide you along the way! We hope to see you soon if you enjoy healthy premium fast casual food.
