This place has build your own poke bowls and all kinds of gf sauces. All of the ingredients and sauces are clearly marked for what is gf, and the guys that worked there knew all about gluten free and happily offered more information than I even needed just to make sure I felt good ordering. Everyone who worked there was in a good mood, too. The asst. manager Erin chatted with us about the importance of clean food ingredients which is always an excellent sign at any place we go. They made it fresh to order, even gave me a marker to circle exactly what I wanted in my bowl. And it was an extremely filling and delicious lunch. Even got a $3 glass with a bowl dude on it (see pic). Def a new go-to when in Abq!

I haven't ever gotten sick here but depending on who is making your bowl, they sometimes make your bowl on the side with unopened toppings from the refrigerator and other times they just let you know what is and isn't safe on the bar in front. Definitely a risk for cross-contamination using the latter method. Also plantain and yam chips are marked gf on the menu but last time I went the server said they don't use a dedicated fryer. I haven't had any issues when ordering these items previously as I am not sure what other items come fried but I may skip in the future to be safe.

Everything clearly states what is gluten free. Poki GF Sauce is better than original. Staff is very aware and helpful.

The location on Central has excellent precautions, separate prep space, equipment, and ingredient containers. The manager there told me she is implementing the same at all other locations over the next few months.

My sister has a severe gluten intolerance and eats here all the time without any issues. Plus, the food is delicious!
