i worked here for several months - while they do change gloves and can pull from the fridge (which is your best bet) i got sick constantly. there is A TON of cross contamination happening and the kids working aren’t paying attention. at the end of a rush there’s bits of breaded onion topping and soy sauce EVERYWHERE. a plus the first thing they do is grab rice and then grab wonton chips and if gloves aren’t changed after every time those wonton fingers are going right back in the other wise gf rice. Also the fryers are not gluten free so big cross contamination there as well. they would seriously have to change up protocol for this to ever be celiac safe.

Great staff and experience. The young man helping me changed his gloves without me asking him and he dedicated himself to making my bowl as I was with others who are not GF. I WILL DEFINITELY GO AGAIN!!

They're really careful about sensitivities and they don't seem to mind. They looked up ingredients for me for their entire poki menu and although I couldn't get exactly what I wanted, I actually had choices. They were really great. Also, I love their food!

So many gf opinions. The staff is very careful and considerate. This is the only (affordable) place I feel safe eating in since my very recent diagnosis.
