Fryer is dedicated gluten free and they have gf buns. Burgers can be prepared separately in a cast iron but you have to specify celiac/allergy otherwise it goes on a communal grill.

Everything is vegetarian and can be made vegan. Sauces are all naturally vegan and gluten free as well.

The salads are also gluten free!

They’ll change gloves and utensils upon request.
