Ponce's Mexican Restaurant

NOT SAFE or accommodating. Ponces was our go to neighborhood spot for Mexican food, we used to risk it even though they made errors with every order— now they have made way too many mistakes with dairy I just don’t trust them with gluten.

Nothing is as safe as we’d like. We ordered no cheese and sour cream and our dishes came with both. We asked them to remake and they just scraped it off. Gross. We only figured out when we got home.

They house make their corn tortillas (especially for fajitas are awesome) and for tacos but they don’t seem safe. Their chips are NOT safe so we avoid those, though usually get extra tortillas. Rolled tacos may be safe, but it’s unclear so we generally avoid.
