Poncho's Nuevo Mexican Restaurant

I was excited to see that this restaurant offered gluten free untiI I arrived and the hostess had no clue what gluten was. She asked her manager who also looked confused and nodded his head saying no. Complete waiste of time going there.

Amazing food all corn! Had a bit of a communication issue at first but another server came and help put all our worries to rest! Probably the best enchiladas and cheese on a skillet I’ve ever had in my life! Highly recommend!! Dedicated fryer as well only corn! Great for gluten free and celiac!

We talked to the server and he said no flour is added to the sauces, corn tortillas, and that most of the meat was safe too- I'd always say to check with your server to make sure that doesn't change and that they're aware.I ordered the Plato Don Poncho: crispy beef taco, two cheese enchiladas, rice, and beans. It tasted great and I did not get sick. I was so happy with it (and the fact that I Didn't get sick) that I returned for the same that night.
