Ate here before about a year ago and don’t remember having a bad reaction to it and remember the server was pretty confident on dealing with the allergy. However, I just went again and they weren’t 100% sure what I was talking about when discussing Celiac besides the basics. I had to explain how cross contamination was an issue and was we figured out that the corn tortillas are not safe because of that. They heat up the flour and corn tortillas on the same spot on the grill. I had asked to see if they could just give me unheated corn tortillas out of the bag and she had said they could do that. However, when my food came out the tortillas were obviously heated up on the grill so I am not confident my food was safe. I also asked for my sides on a seperate plate as I dont remember being able to eat them last time even though they said it was safe when asked this time and my sides were put on the same plate touching the tacos. Overall I think the problem is mainly a language barrier which is understandable. The food is amazing here but if you have Celiac or a severe allergy and are worried about cross contamination I would probably choose somewhere else to be safe.
