Ponderosa Steakhouse

I ate there quite a few times a year before diagnosis. I went in a couple weeks ago and saw they started selling burgers. The buns like toasted in the photos and sure enough they toast the buns on the grill. The food has been really good these past few years but be cautious as a celiac. The hostess said they grill the bins on the same place as the steak.

The staff here is very accommodating. Plus they have a gluten free menu. I didn't have any cross contamination. It's very hard to find a gluten free restaurant around here so I definitely recommend this place!

We went here with 3 celiac people. The waitress was very helpful and we enjoyed our meal. No one got glutenized during this visit!! We stuck to the gluten free menu they had, but skipped the buffet because of the risk of cross-contamination from other users.

Not many places in this area to eat gluten free, I was pleasantly surprised to find Ponderosa had a Gluten Free Menu. I have Celiac Disease and had no problems.

Called ahead management said to ask for them they where very helpful what was safe to eat all steaks grilled chicken and shrimp are gluten free without their seasoning
