The staff isn’t necessarily knowledgeable, but the menu is marked and at least one restaurant has a dedicated fryer!

The food was AWESOME and our waiter was incredibly knowledgeable about which foods were safe (most of them were 😍). The only MAJOR issue was that it was members only lol. Luckily, we made friends with a nice couple who let us be their guests. But we did almost get thrown out at first, in the nicest possible way.

This is absolutely the safest place for a gluten free person to feel normal in Jacksonville. Almost everything on the menu is already gluten free and the staff is incredibly knowledgeable and the chef is very accommodating. I strongly recommend.

We have been there numerous times and our child has gotten gluten free pasta and the chef even came out to go over what she could have on holiday buffet.
