Review of Poppi's Waffles + Health Juice

I found this place due to a review. The menu did not say GF, but when I asked, all the waffles can be made with GF base and Kaley was knowledgeable about what toppings contained gluten. She told me they even do waffle flights! Other menu items such as soup, but I didn’t ask about them.
