I have eaten at each of their establishments since they opened and they are all great! Pretty much the only thing to stay clear of is the flour tortillas. Everything is amazing!

As soon as I mentioned celiac the employee changed his gloves and was knowledgeable about what I was able to eat. Great experience!

I visit this area often and have been struggling to find a satisfying fast-casual establishment that I can trust. I have found it! Great service. Line attendee listened to my questions and had thorough responses, and even offered to switch her gloves. Great food. Highly recommend!

Steak and carnitas bowls and chips are gluten free, haven’t had a problem in the past.
I ordered from their website and was able to specify a gluten allergy there. I ordered a big bowl with carne asada, white rice, black beans, pineapple hot sauce, sour cream, jack cheese, guacamole, pico, corn and bean salsa, honey lime slaw, and chimi aoli. I also ordered corn tortillas on the side. They were packaged completely separate from the rest of my family's order, and they specified on pickup that they'd been handled separately as well. The food was amazing, the corn tortillas were handmade and delicious (I really dislike corn tortillas generally), and I would absolutely eat there again. I did not have a gluten reaction.

I ordered my meal online and made a note that we had gluten allergies. I happened to show up before it was ready. There was a line and I could see someone preparing my food so I decided to just wait. The person preparing my food didn’t know I was there for the order. She asked another staff member to make the quesadillas I had ordered for my sons (who have no gluten issues) so she didn’t have to touch them. Then someone stopped her in the middle of making my meals to get a side dish to go. When she was done helping them, she changed her gloves before going back to my meal prep.
I was very pleased with the dedication they were showing to limit my exposure to gluten. The food was very good as well (always a bonus)!
I would recommend this establishment to anyone!

Ordered a bowl with chicken. I've been safe at similar establishments (Chipotle, Cava) by only ordering items served via tongs/spoons (as opposed to toppings/ingredients picked up with gloves that have previously touched gluten foods). This was unsuccessful here; gluten response within 60 min of eating.

At first, when I asked about GF the lady behind the counter was confused. But then she said they had corn tacos. These are homemade and you pick your toppings and meat. Unfortunately, they used a shared surface. So if you’re sensitive, don’t eat here.
Not only is the food delicious, but they knew what “gluten” was when I said it and the employee changed his gloves and followed my bowl the whole way down line. Awesome!

Not Celiac friendly! They will not clean or change gloves or spoons on there buffet line.

Kniwledgable staff, made sure i got GF food and it was good.

Delicious and fresh burrito bowl. Would've loved to try the made-to-order taco shells but those are not GF. Knowledgeable staff and dining room was clean and comfortable.
Yes
Had a bowl because the corn tortillas are put on the same press as the flour tortillas. Excellent food though despite the disappointment of not being able to have a taco (I have celiac). The chips are gf, fried in a separate fryer. Kombucha on draft is awesome.
Very good Too many onions in pico and quac for my liking tho. Kombucha on draft

Everything except the flour tortillas/chips is gluten free so a bowl with any ingredients is a safe bet. The ingredients are fresh and delicious with some uniquely flavored options. They have a lot of organic ingredients and all-natural fountain sodas and fresh-made teas. Delicious. I have celiac disease and did not get sick.
Yes
Only tortillas have wheat. Advised getting toppings that are served with a utensil rather than grabbed with gloves, and able to get other toppings fresh from the back. Able to get anything in a bowl, chips (dedicated fryer).

I got glutened from eating here. The person serving me seemed to understand when I said I had celiac. Gloves were changed. I only ordered items that were served with spoons/tongs to minimise cross contamination risks. However I still got glutened. I do not recommend eating here if you have celiac.

Perfect for a mid shop stop! Fast service, friendly staff, delicious food. They warned me of a small risk of cross contamination but I watched them make my food - clean gloves, flat top grill wipes down before my corn tortillas were put on. Will definitely return!!
Yes
Everything but the flour tortillas are gf. They change gloves and make sure to prepare my meal separate from my husband who isn't gf. I've never gotten sick and eat here often.
Very accommodating in making sure our bowls were GF. Did not cause any stomach issues.
