Gf cauliflower crust pizza was pretty good! Sadly the ricotta sauce wasn’t very great and the roasted garlic is whole cloves, otherwise it was pretty good

Pop’s can do any of their regular pizzas GF. The crust is pre-ordered/made off-site and while it’s cooked in a shared oven the pizzas are placed on their own individual trays. Have eaten here a few times and have not gotten sick! Pretty good quality for GF pizza and staff seem knowledgable.
