Wonderful experience! The waitress was very happy to discuss kitchen safety practices and gluten free options. Gluten free buns are available and very good! No flair up after 24 hours.

When I asked our waitress about their gluten free process, she offered to get the kitchen manager. He came and talked to me, sharing the options. He said bread had been put into the grill but that he would heat up a separate pan and make my food himself. He made me feel confident enough to relax and enjoy the time with family.

Pops is a great place to take the family. It's colorful and offers a crazy amount of bottled soda flavors, all of which I saw were GF. My daughter has Celiac and we were able to get the kids burger on a GF bun. There is no dedicated fryer so the fries were out but they had hot potato chips she could have. Excellent food quality based on what we had. The staff is young but was aware of what she couldn't have and let us know about the bun that wasn't on the menu. I was impressed and we will be back. My daughter had no reactions to the food either and she is very sensitive having Celiac.

We only ordered ice cream, but it was excellent and had no problems

I was thrilled to find gluten free buns, which were extremely tasty. The diner area was very clean, staff was friendly and helpful and this was a fun and safe dining experience.

I was so exited to learn that Pops offers a gluten free bun for their burgers! I got to enjoy a meal at this unique diner with my family. Delicious, fun, and great service.
