Be careful - the staff was knowledgeable when we were here, and the one server told us that there was a cross contamination risk with eggs, gluten free pancakes and French toast, etc. She was clear that the only guaranteed items were the GF toast (separate toaster) and the GF coffee cake. It is NOT celiac safe for other items.
