Staff was very knowledgeable about cross contamination and which items were safe. Offered to cook chicken in tin foil for extra safety. The menu labeled the fries as gf, but they are cooked in a shared fryer so just be aware. There were other sides that were safe and really good. I had baked beans and a salad with chicken. My friend who also has celiac had chicken, baked beans, and coleslaw.
