Basically everything is "kind of" gluten free. I felt safe eating nothing.
FIVE STARS!! The food here was SO good and very safer. They have a separate GF menu and are very careful. We had the artichoke dip as an appetizer with GF chips, carrots, celery and Jicama. Then I had the Huevos Rancheros and it was DIVINE. Soooo happy we stopped here and we will definitely be back next time we travel to Salt Lake. ❤❤❤❤❤

I always get a salad or nachos here and both are tasty! They don't have the largest selection but the menu items they do have are all tasty. Have never gotten sick eating here

The huevos rancheros was delicious. Didn’t get sick so far. They do have a gluten free menu just ask. Corn Tortillas available but no GF bread. Oh and if you order an Avalanche Beverage get the espresso! Totally worth it :)
They have an in house chef that will take extra care making sure nothing is cross contaminated

The staff was helpful, they have a Gluten Free menu. But we were continually told that they have cross contamination. This is a marketing ploy.

I come here pretty regularly for lunches with my work, and I’ve also been to the salt lake location several times. They have a gluten free menu which is mainly just modifications of the regular menu, and the staff has always been helpful and accommodating. I usually get the nachos (easy on the cheese because I can only handle it in small doses and I’m a glutton for cheese) and haven’t had any issues.

Food and service is great, but their gluten free menu is a joke. Catered more to people who choose not to eat gluten, rather than people who are allergic to gluten (or have Celiac Disease). Their "gluten free" option is pretty much order it without bread/tortilla etc... everything is cross contaminated so eat here at your own risk.

They offer a gluten free menu and will modify for you! They are great

Everything here has cross contamination, not Celiac friendly. Eat at your own risk.
