Cross-contaminated. I'm not sure why this was in the list as celiac friendly.
The head manager said everything is cross-contaminated and nothing is celiac friendly.
We ordered catering. They said they can do gluten free, shared which items are gluten free and said they understand celiacs. I asked if they could have the gluten free item in a separate container, and they said they'd let the chef know. The food came and nothing was marked or contained separately.
I called them to see if they just forgot it. Spoke with a manager and he said there are items that don't have gluten in them, but that there is nothing gluten free about the establishment. Everything is cross contaminated and there was nothing that could do.

While they designate items gf on the menu, not all of them are due to cross contamination. The nachos are made in house and thus cross contaminated in the fryer. We like the food we received just be sure to ask and confirm. The staff was knowledgeable and willing to answer questions.

Food was very tasty, but the wait staff was not at all informed about what aspects of their menu were gluten free. Despite playing it safe (I thought) still ended up having a reaction to the meal.
No
Good food, server knew most of the gluten free items and went to double check on a few just to be sure. She was very nice, wasn’t put off by my extra questions about the menu. I asked for no bread; the dish came out with a slice of delicious looking garlic bread on it and she apologized. It was no big deal, I passed the bread to my sister and gave her the prices of meat the bread was sitting on.
Staff was very knowledgeable about what was safe and what was not. All their rubs are gluten free. Basically if you'd assume there's gluten there is. So the funeral potatoes (cream of mushroom soup), any breads and their fries are not safe. But the potato salad, coleslaw, etc are all safe and all of their meats. All of their sauces are GF as well.
