Brisket Pot Pies
Pig Shots - we build a "shot glass" with a slice of andouille sausage as the base and thick bacon as the walls. Then we fill it with a mixture of cheeses and diced jalapeño. Then we smoke it! And we finish them off in the oven with a brush off barbeque sauce and sprinkle of black pepper.
