This location usually does a great job of not contaminating me, and I just acquired a NimaPartners gluten sensor that confirmed my most recent meal here was gluten free. They wipe down their slicer, wash their hands, change their gloves, and lay down wrappers on their food-prep table to try to avoid cross-contamination as much as possible. They also get the lettuce for lettuce wraps from the back so that they are avoiding using the lettuce up front that may be contaminated. I so appreciate all their efforts!
