They changed gloves, used a different cutting board, and got a clean knife. They put paper over the scale they use to weigh the meat as well. All their meat is gluten free, as well as their sauces. It’s tasty too! I felt fine after eating there.

All meats and BBQ sauces are GF. Same with coleslaw, baked beans, and jalapeno poppers. Staff was very knowledgeable. Changed the cutting board for the meat and knife. Very kind and great tasting! (Oh and it was on Diners, drive ins, and dives with Guy Fieri!)

Told staff that I had Celiac's and they were immediately 'allergy aware'. Friendly staff changed gloves and used new knives and cutting board to prep my food. All rubs and sauces are GF. All appetizers, except the mac-n-cheese, are also GF. Bacon wrapped jalapeños are GF and safe to eat!

This place is fantastic!!!! they knew to put the Bread in a separate box and it is very difficult to eat out and be safe. I have no worries here.

I loved my order of pulled pork and sides of cole slaw and baked beans. Next time I will try the ribs. We went about 12:30 and did take out.

Get here early I showed up at 6:30 and they were down to brisket and it was melt in your mouth good.. Talked with the owner all sauces and baked beans were GF.. Well worth the stop
