Review of Portillo's

Their website stated that they are numerous options. When I went up to order, they had absolutely no idea. I requested to speak to a manager and the manager didn’t know much and they could not find the allergen list. She did know that the beef and the gravy had no extra flour or anything in it, so I went with meat in a bowl with some vegetables.
