Found this gem while looking for breakfast options in Dartmouth! Owner very friendly, they clean the crepe pan prior to cooking the buckwheat crepe for Celiac. A number of GF options.

This little spot was really yummy and had the option to make any crepes GF by using buckwheat mix.

BUT, when ordering you do need to be quite clear regarding the risk of cross contamination, etc. When I went, my mom (who is not celiac) also ordered a GF crepe so we could share, but the crepe pans were not cleaned nor is their a dedicated pan prior to the staff making her crepe before mine.
