Sorry to see poor reviews - I ate here several times while in Whistler for a conference and found it great. They have gluten free fresh bread and can make nearly all of their sandwiches for you. Staff were knowledgeable and able to give advice. The put on fresh gloves and put a parchment cover down to protect my bread in their prep area and used fresh utensils to avoid CC. Really enjoyed the food and the service.

Do not visit for gf or df, or the combo. Nothing to offer. Staff is not knowledgable or accomodating.

Have some gluten free bread was all that was offered. Wouldn't change gloves to make a sandwich and warned of cross contamination so could only order the soup. They offered some gluten free bread to go with it instead of the biscuit which was nice. Soup was really good.

Gluten free bread isn’t listed but they do have it! The server asked if it was an allergy and when I said yes she changed her gloves and grabbed a clean paper to prepare on (knowledgeable) good size sandwich and not bad priced. They also had gluten free baked goods I couldn’t stop eating it lol
The chef was great at telling me what was gluten free. Got the Salad, baked potato, corn, and chicken Never got sick.
