Was in town for the Asheville Half-Marathon this past weekend, and what a special place Posana is! The menu rotates seasonally so we caught the tail end of the winter menu. My family shared the gnocchi, octopus, and housemade focaccia charcuterie. When I tell you I was in heaven... I also got the pork at the recommendation of our server, Ryan. I don't think I've ever had a pork chop that size and taste as good as that! What a treat this whole evening was.
