This is my first experience at a dedicated gluten-free restaurant. Oh…what a relief! I enjoyed the kale salad and market fish (scallops). The scallops were cooked perfectly, and the kale salad even won the heart of my non-kale loving husband. We split sides of bok choy, cooked with candied pecans, mustard seed and sorghum. It was quite possibly the best side I have EVER eaten. We also added a side of fried plantains—because why not? When a dedicated GF fryer is in the building, order the fried stuff! The meal was finished off with a potato vodka cocktail that was both sweet and spicy. Posana is a gem and we will be back!
