Review of Posana Restaurant

Hurry.don’t think about it, just go. Well make reservations then go! We were surprised that the first hour they were open you can get a “deal” which included appetizer, entree, and dessert. We weren’t expecting that, we just took whatever reservation I could make! We had the soup and kale salad, Trout, pork, tres leche cake and carrot cake crème brûlée. It was all sooooo good. I actually got to eat the cheddar biscuits and for once got to try my husbands food. This is a dedicated gluten free fine dining establishment. Everyone who worked there was incredible. Everyone. I’d give this place 10 stars out of 5.
