the only reason not 5 stars is becuz the customer service can be difficult to get an answer out of. things we know: red sauce is gluten free, not sure if salsa is. green chili is not gf. tamales r gf if they have red dauce. tortilla vhips are supposed to be fried by themselves. my favorote is shrimp corn tacos. the beans are not gluten free so i ask for calabicitas instead and they r haply to do so the tamale pie is gluten free with red sauce, however it wasnt amazing but sire did cure my craving for cheap mexican. id say if ur celiac dont bother. if u r gluten i tolerant go and ask questions, especially if ur looking for a cheap mexican restaurant
