Best burger I have ever eaten. The chef came out and talked to me personally. Told me all the items I could have. The posh sauce is a thousand island tyoe and I was told I could have it. He was honest about the fryers, they filter them to reuse the oil, they had separate fryers for fries, but all filtered together. I decided against fries. I had the Super deluxe wagyu burger on a gluten free bun. The bun was AMAZING. I read here that they are toasted with regular buns, I am extremely sensitive to gluten and had NO issues. I will be eating here again!!!! šā¤

This is just inside one of the entrances to Aria. I ordered a double cheeseburger no bun no posh sauce. I was told the push sauce had glutens although I’m not sure what ingredient. They do have a gf bun available but I always skip those (burger came with about half a head of lettuce instead). Fries are Not in a dedicated fryer. Burger was delicious, I just wish I had more options.

Burger lounger has closed! I was disappointed but the new burger place in it's spot is delicious and had lettuce wraps and gf buns ( but toasted with the other buns). I ate a lettuce wrap and had no problems and I'm quite sensitive to cross contamination
