I have eaten here multiple times and had great experiences each time. This is the best gluten free pizza I have ever had. You will think you’re having real pizza again! I have never gotten sick here.

Celiac disease with high sensitivity to gluten. Traveling with me can sometimes put a damper on eating new places for my husband. I reluctantly agreed to try this. They cleaned up everything prior to making my pizza. I was able to see them since it's an open kitchen area. He washed his hands thoroughly after wiping everything down.

He made my 12" Diavola pizza and I have never had such a delicious and flavorful gluten-free pizza. I always tell people that I miss a good pizza. Today, I had a great gluten-free pizza!! I will definitely stop here again when passing this way.

This pizza was soooo good. My boyfriend is not GF and he devoured it happily nonetheless. Also great and helpful service. I genuinely didn’t know good GF pizza existed until I ate here.

Sooo delicious! Gluten free crust was one of the best I’ve had. Manager who took the order went straight to the kitchen to tell them it was gluten free.

This place has the best gluten free pizza I have ever eaten ! The crust was so fluffy! The salad and gelato were a plus! If you are near Peachtree City, GA you have to stop in !! The staff is very knowledgeable also. Barin was amazing and helpful!

I read the reviews and had to try this place. It. Was. AMAZING! The best fluffy gluten free pizza I have ever had! If you are nearby, you have to try this place!! They are very aware of cross contamination and take every effort to keep things separate.

From management. I’m excited to try this place!!!

We take extra precautions while working with gluten free. Our gluten free dough is prepared on daily biases, in our kitchen. Never frozen, and it’s one of the best gluten free pizzas in the nation. We do open our pizzas with gluten free rice floor. We bake in a 950 degree wood burning oven and then we cut your pizza with a clean and sanitized pizza cutter. The chances for cross contamination are very low.

Postiano Pizza in Peachtree City was delicious! They all were knowledgeable about gluten free and what was and wasn’t safe. Even the cashier!

They said you can do most antipasto dishes as long as it’s not on toast and you can make GF calzones!!!

We had pizza (the crust was amazing), almalfi salad (yum) and gelato!

I am super sensitive and had NO issues! Highly recommend!!!

Honestly, this was the best gluten free pizza I’ve ever had. I’ve always loved fluffy crust, so having a gluten free version was a bit surreal. 10/10 definitely recommend

Stopped in based on the one review posted so far. The BEST gluten free pizza I have had since being diagnosed with Celiac 15 years ago. Not the dense cauliflower type crust but rather the doughy, fluffy, goodness of “real” pizza. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable about gluten free.
