I definitely would be careful eating here, at your own discretion. Items are marked “Wheat Free” and the ingredients are listed. I got a raspberry bar and it was delicious, but it did hurt my stomach a little (barely noticeable) so I would avoid if you’re sensitive. They had cookies and the fruit bars with oatmeal/brown sugar bottom. Each item in the case was $2.50 though, so not too bad!

Negative experience! They say that they have gluten free and advertise as such, but when I went in and let them know I had celiac, they just kept saying “we’re not a certified gluten free bakery” and wouldn’t tell me about how they make their food. I was hoping to get something after learning about their protocols, but they seemed too scared to serve me, so I couldn’t get anything. Would be fine if you’re just gluten intolerant, but doesn’t seem like they welcome celiacs!
