Staff is knowledgeable about gluten free options. No dedicated gluten free menu. The jambalaya is gluten free at this location but the seasoning on the pot roast when we were there was not gluten free. The seasoning was in the corn, also. The potato salad, coleslaw, green beans, red beans and rice are gluten free, too. There are multiple locations in Louisiana - ask for the manager to find out if the sausage is gluten free at the location. I know the sausage at the Gonzales location is safe.

I really don’t know what to say, I am very disappointed. The person taking our order was totally incompetent regarding gluten. He would not ask the kitchen about ingredients and he gave us no indication as to what to order, what was even safe, or their precautions. We went off of previous reviews and got jambalaya and beans and rice with sausage to go. When we opened the order to eat there was bread in with the food. At that point I didn’t even feel safe eating it. Our to-go cup also had a hole and leaked everywhere. Those who did eat the food did not think it was that good. Please do not eat here!

Staff is knowledgeable about gluten. Jambalaya and white beans for sure are gluten free. I have confirmed that the sausage used at this location is gluten free with no possibility of cross contamination from the sausage supplier. Also confirmed that the pots used for pastalya and jambalaya are separate and same pots are not used for both.
