Review of Potato Flats at Trinity Groves

For gluten free options this place is great. They used to be 100% GF, however recently they added sandwiches to the menu and one other item that are not GF. They do have GF brown gravy! How often can you find that!? The concept of this place is similar to Chipotle in that you walk through line and choose toppings to go on your potato. Either white or sweet potato available. Pretty simple. Food is pretty good too.
