This restaurant is not celiac safe, I would not even suggest that it is ok for gluten intolerant people to eat here. We have gotten sick here each time, my wife is not celiac...but is moderately sensitive and had a bad day after eating here .There is no knowledge of gluten at this establishment, one waitress suggested that gluten was actually “rice”

GF buns for excellent sandwiches. Staff not particularly knowledgeable about cross contamination, but good for those of us with gluten intolerance.
