2023 Update:
Nope.
Staff has no idea about protocols, can’t answer questions, and no one, I mean NO ONE, is willing to discuss the beer as de-glutenized any longer. Yet items like the beer-cheese dip still labeled GF. Really? Sure, there are GF markings on the menu, but no way to have confidence in them any longer. Eat at your own risk, even if the food still is pretty great for non-celiacs.
Original review:
Home. Run.
De-glutenized beers, GF buns, GF markings on menu, and informed/aware wait staff would already score major points. However, the food and beverage are outstanding all-around. A must-visit.
