The menu does not list it but there is gluten free crust and gluten free pasta. My son said the gluten free pizza is the best he’s ever had. The pig and pear pizza is pear & prosciutto with a garlic sauce. SO amazing! I wish we lived closer to come again. I will update if my son has any kind of reaction.

Pranzo Italian Grill used to be my go-to in Santa Fe, but they closed for a while. They are now back and in a new location. I am soooo happy.
I ordered a pasta dish and the lemon sorbet, I didn't get sick and it was sooo yummy.

They offer a gluten free pasta for an up charge, otherwise largely on your own for salads and safe things
In Santa Fe for kid dance competition. Wife and son both GF. was wonderful to come across this Italian place with knowledgeable staff concerning celiac. Went on a Saturday night, did not make a reservation and was a little put out that we were forced into the upstairs area and charged $2 each for the live music cover charge. The restaurant was not that busy to have been seated elsewhere. We were told that the cover charge would be waived. But it showed up on bill anyhow. Piano player for the evening was good. But not fantastic. But back to the food. The 2 GF pasta dishes ordered were the calamari and the salmon. Both had wonderful flavors, the calamari had a mildly spicy red sauce and the salmon had a creamy curry sauce. Good size portions although they charge $3.50 per meal to sub the Gf pasta. Would put pricing for this restaurant at $$$ instead of $$.

The staff was very knowledgeable about celiac. Our waitress herself was gluten free. Our meals were fantastic. Our only regret is that we ordered the half portions instead of the full.
