Prima's Pizza & Pasta

I called ahead to see if they could accommodate a celiac. I was told that they had gluten free pizza as well as flat bread and sandwiches. They would be produced separately on a screen, the chef would change gloves and use a gluten dedicated pizza cutter to avoid cross contamination. I love when a server outlines their precautions without my prompting. I ordered the buffalo chicken flat bread and it was DELICIOUS! I am so happy to add another place where I feel safe! I will be going back.

The gluten free pesto flat-bread with chicken is usually quite good and reminiscent of the times, years ago, when I could eat actual wheat pizza/bread.. Occasionally, I get one that is not up to par, but it depends on who is working the ovens that night. All in all, I would say this pizza/pesto flat-bread is worth trying.
