I had a wonderful dinner here. The menu has clearly marked items that are gluten free. When I told the waiter I have celiac, he explained how they let the chef know, use separate pans, and how they keep it safe for me. He also explained all the dishes I was interested in, how they could be modified to be okay for me (I am also dairy free), and reiterated what was modified as he placed the plates on the table. It was a great dinner, and I did not get sick. We will definitely go back.
