I’m gluten free and dairy free and the staff and Charlie, the chef, are fantastic. The Apple Wood Smoked Pork Chop, peach chutney, butternut squash hash entree is divine!!!

The staff was very knowledgeable and the food was AMAZING. Two of us in the party have Celiac and everything went smoothly. Many of the entrees could be made gluten free, and there were even multiple options for GF dessert! Service was also fabulous - this restaurant is a gem!

Seriously the best food I have had in a while! They can make everything gluten free except their pizza. Everything was delectable and so accommodating. I had the muscles which were rich delicate and out of this world if it was appropriate I would have drank the broth straight from the bowl! I had a side salad with grilled vegetables and a balsamic dressing and again I cleaned the plate! For my course I had the rib eye and I did not have to sub anything! They even had desserts! This is our new date night spot just honest good food!

Very knowledgeable staff, gluten free pasta offered and most items on the menu can be prepared gluten free. Best food in Tacoma and fun atmosphere.
