Primos

Like nearly all restaurants in CDMX, GF items are not marked on the menu at Primos. The manager assured me that I could eat safely here, but two waiters didn’t understand what gluten is. The chef finally came out after I handed one of the waiters my GF wallet card. He understood the situation but had a very hard time creating a meal for me because of all the shared utensils and cooking surfaces in his kitchen. Ultimately, he served me beef tacos with not much else on them. I don't recommend this place for celiacs.
