Took a short vacation to Fort Bragg and loved this restaurant so much we ate here three times in 3 days. Other than gluten free buns ($2 more) there was no info on the menu other than they can accommodate gluten free, just ask. I have both gluten and dairy issues and they were very knowledgeable and kind about it.
They have no fryer, so their fish isn't breaded. I got 3 different sandwiches (crab, rock cod and prawn) with GF buns and they also prepared with no butter for me and labeled on my meals. The GF buns are always hamburger buns, but tasty bread and they pack on as much as if they used a hero roll (my husband who has no food allergies compared his prawn count to mine and they were identical, haha). Their cole slaw and kettle chips (presumably from a package?) were also safe. I never had a reaction after eating. They seem very careful in general... My husband always got no tomato and our orders were always completely correct and marked.
Seafood is super fresh and delicious and the owners are an all-women fishing team. It's a special setting too: you can sit out on the patio and look at the beautiful bay while you eat, or eat in a wind-sheltered area. Go past their takeout deli/market along the harbor road, with lots of other seafood places, to the last stop to get to their restaurant. They often have live music too. Highly recommended.

Their menu isn’t labeled but they’re friendly and answer questions. Their clam chowder is not gluten free.
They have seafood, tacos, and sandwiches. They marked my order as celiac for the kitchen.
