Review of Professor Pizza - Old Town

I'm so excited to have another GF piizza option in the city! Professor Pizza offers several of their crusts in gluten-free options, and all of their meat toppings are gluten-free. (I have not inquired as to the rest of the toppings and sauces aside from the basic red sauce yet). Before placing an order, I called to check on their cross-contamination protocols and was informed that they do prep the gluten-free pizza in a separate area including changing gloves. I had the gluten-free Grandma crust style and it was so good.
