Review of Project Pie

Not the easiest place to find, but worth the effort. They are not a gluten free establishment. When I stated I needed to order with a gluten allergy the food preparer changed here disposable gloves, wiped down the food prep counter and they even cleaned out the oven! Be patient, the gluten free crust comes in its own disposable cooking tray and takes longer to cook (11 minutes) I called to confirm before I came here only one of their toppings is NOT gluten free. I had the BBQ chicken pizza. It was wonderful! If you are in Vegas and want pizza, this is the place.
