Review of Project Pie

This place advertises that is gluten free with a gluten free crust . We just left without actually eating there however after the manager stated that, "we recommend that if you have celiac disease or are even slightly allergic to gluten not to eat here." She admitted that cross contamination is a certainty as they use the same sauce, sauce utensils, do not change gloves, and do not put the pizza on a separate pan before they put it in the oven. Major let down!!
