Review of Proof Kitchen and Bar

We stopped in for dinner last week and I had a lettuce wrapped Beyond burger with sweet potato tots and purple haze margarita. So good, but the tots from the dedicated fryer were my favorite. No reaction afterward so we'll definitely be back!
